Shipping policy

At Aureliuz, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below are our shipping options and policies, in compliance with Australian consumer laws and Queensland regulations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

  • Standard Shipping - $10 (4–8 business days)
  • Express Shipping – $15 (2–4 business days)

All domestic orders come with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping price varies between different regions, states, countries/territories.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING & ISSUES

All shipments come with tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at aureliuzarz@gmail.com so we can assist you. Once an order has been shipped, Aureliuz is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
